For instance - clickbait works (not that I'm in that business), and there are many successful articles with titles under 6 words and over 13. The "shoulds" - one shouldn't should himself. From years of classroom teaching, I found that telling students "should" made them revolt. I've found other ways to appeal to readers without "shoulding" them. Just my two cents.
